After every donation you get your small blood count and your „iron level" over time — clearly visualised and explained. So you always keep an eye on your health.

When your donation has been used, you get a push notification. So you know your donation really helped — a wonderful feeling!

Always see how many days until you can donate again and receive a push notification when the time comes. That's how easy regular donating really is!

That's 7,500 litres a day! Blood donations are needed for operations, for treating serious illnesses such as cancer, and for caring for accident victims. That means 15,000 people would have to donate blood every day — roughly the population of the Hamburg district of Tonndorf.
One reason is our demographic development: at many donation centres, the average donor is already over 50. On top of that, more and more reliable donors can no longer donate due to age (the upper limit is 68). Yet the need for blood donations keeps rising as the population ages. The most common personal reasons given against donating are forgetting and lack of time.
The NEXUS donor app supports you with many features along the way! Already 2 million people in Germany donate blood regularly — for 83.1 million inhabitants. Become part of this committed community and help secure patient care for all of us over the long term.
We'd love to hear from you.
